Session Description
This session will discuss the basis for and how-to of implementing the pastorate model of mid-sized groups between 20-35 people. As a complement or alternative to small groups, pastorates are proving to be an effective model for assimilation, leadership development, and the development of body life ministry and spiritual gifts.
