Session Description

The future of the church lies mainly in the hands of the next generation of leaders. As many churches and their leadership age, they are pondering how to engage the younger generation, equip them for leadership and how to transfer them into leadership roles. Jeff Lockyer learned valuable lessons as a young leader as he stepped into leadership at Southridge Community Church, and for over ten years has been involved in the process of generational transfer. Come hear their story and learn from his experience to gain practical insight in order to be proactive and God-honouring as we identify future leaders, equip them and hand off leadership responsibility.
