Session Description

Ten years ago, it was enough to have a shared vision; today it’s about shared ownership. Drawing on leadership research since 1990, Transformational Leadership offers an action-oriented approach to engaging and leading leaders by addressing the organizational, cultural and capability constraints that are barriers to church growth.

Aubrey Tozer

With over 20 years of experience in senior business leadership roles, Aubrey has a broad understanding of what it takes to build and sustain the momentum required to achieve lasting transformational change. While still engaged in business, Aubrey also served as a volunteer Executive Pastor, Church Resources & Stewardship at a church of 1600 people and has helped several church leadership teams gain a greater strategic focus for significant impact. His passion is to help leaders and teams achieve their full potential - to become all of who God created them to be – for broader Kingdom impact.
Aubrey lives in Mississauga, Ontario with his wife Cathy and their 4 children.

Duane Whittey

Duane has assisted churches in the area of capital stewardship campaigns for almost 20 years. He has worked with churches of all sizes (from 65 to 5000 people), consulted on the construction of new facilities, and has also served as a Pastor of Administration. His passion is to see communities of believers come together, own a vision and invest strategically in ministry for significant impact and to ultimately see more people come to Christ.
Duane now resides in Mississauga, Ontario with his wife Rebecca and their two young daughters.
