Session Description
The goal of this workshop is to look at a handful of Canadian churches through the REVEAL “lens”. This is the real magic of REVEAL. It lets us look at the spiritual health of a church congregation and then identify the biggest opportunities for advancing their spiritual development. Should the church add another weekend service; launch a small group strategy; strengthen its discipleship program? The answers depend on the church and its congregation. Join us for a dialogue about how to think about and measure church “success” in a new way – one that is highly empirical, but very Kingdom-focused. ![]() Cally Parkinson Cally Parkinson is brand manager for REVEAL, a new initiative within the Willow Creek Association that utilizes state-of-the-art research tools and discoveries to help churches better understand spiritual growth in their congregations. She previously served as the director of communication services at Willow Creek Community Church, a role she took on following a twenty-five year career at Allstate Insurance Company. At Allstate, Cally held a number of director- and officer-level positions in strategic planning, research, finance and communications. She has a BA in languages from Depauw University and a master’s degree from the American Graduate School of International Management.
