Join with small group pastors, point leaders and group leaders to discuss the issue of equipping small group leaders in our rapidly changing culture. This will be an informal conversation addressing specific challenges and sharing success stories of serving one another in community. Using her gifts of teaching and leadership, Roberta has a passion to equip and encourage individuals to realize all that God has created them to be. She has had the privilege of working both in secular and Christian contexts developing curriculum as well as coaching teams through the process of developing their own resources.
