Session Description
Friendship matters – it always has. So why do we find it so difficult to nurture friendships when we are in positions of leadership? Heidi shares research and biblical truths on the power of connecting with other human beings at an intimate “heart connection” level. Forming friendships is not a luxury or nice option when you are in a leadership role – it is critical to your success. Friendship feeds us both spiritually and physically and empowers every area of our life. This session is targeted to women in leadership roles. ![]() Heidi McLaughlin Heidi McLaughlin is a sought after speaker and published author who uses humour, real life stories, research and biblical truths to draw people to God and to each other.
