Served as a youth pastor and lead pastor in the city of Calgary for 12 years and currently is serving as the North American Director of Youth worker Initiatives for YouthFront/Sonlife based out of Kansas City, MO. Matt has a strong passion to see youth pastors and youth volunteers serve God wholeheartedly with the abilities that they have.
