Session Description
This session is designed as a navigational trek through critical spiritual resources and practical avenues to engage and empower individuals, churches and communities for the very real fight for justice - the third sphere of mission - in our day. A brief survey of historical and contemporary figures will help us see how others have taken on - and taken out – various incarnations of slavery, forced prostitution, and child labour. For those sensing a missional call to “seek justice and rescue the oppressed” in a global context, this session will serve as a catalyst for thoughtful advocacy and determined action. ![]() Jamie McIntosh Jamie McIntosh serves as the executive director of International Justice Mission Canada.
