Session Description
In this session, Roberta will discuss how to turn sermon messages into small group discussions so that people can go deeper with your content. Her perspective will focus on transformation as opposed to just focusing on how much knowledge people are accumulating. She will use three adult learning frameworks: how adults learn/change their values and attitudes; how adults learn information; and how adults learn skills (i.e. how to be a better listener, etc.).

Using her gifts of teaching and leadership, Roberta has a passion to equip and encourage individuals to realize all that God has created them to be. She has had the privilege of working both in secular and Christian contexts developing curriculum as well as coaching teams through the process of developing their own resources.
